Getting Started

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start exploring.
How do I set up my account?
Sign up, verify your email, and we'll provision a toll-free number for you automatically. Once your number is verified by the carrier (typically 1-5 business days), you can start sending campaigns immediately.
How long does phone number verification take?
After signing up, your toll-free number is submitted to the carrier for verification. This typically takes 1-5 business days. You'll receive an email and SMS notification once approved.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes! You can import contacts via CSV upload from your dashboard. We support bulk imports with custom fields, tags, and group assignments.

Pricing & Billing

How does SMS pricing work?
All plans include access to SMS credits at $0.01 per text message segment. You can send unlimited messages per day as long as you have credits available. Credits never expire and roll over month to month.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences. No penalties or hidden fees.
What happens if I run out of credits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can purchase additional SMS credits instantly from your dashboard. Credits are only $0.01 per message.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees, no contracts, no hidden costs. Pay monthly or save 23% with annual billing. Cancel anytime with no penalties.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe integration. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.

Messaging & Campaigns

What is the delivery rate?
Pinglo maintains a 99.9% delivery rate across all carriers. We use direct carrier connections and intelligent routing to ensure your messages reach your customers.
Can I send MMS (picture messages)?
Yes! MMS messaging is available on all plans. MMS credits are $0.03 per message and support images, GIFs, and videos up to 500KB.
How many contacts can I send to in one campaign?
It depends on your plan: Free/Trial supports up to 1,000 recipients, Starter up to 10,000, Professional up to 50,000, and Enterprise up to 500,000 per campaign.
Can I schedule campaigns for later?
Yes! You can schedule campaigns to send at a specific date and time, or set up recurring campaigns that repeat on a schedule you define.
How does the two-way inbox work?
Every inbound message from your contacts appears in your real-time inbox. You can reply directly, mark conversations as unread to follow up later, and see full conversation history with each contact.

Compliance & Security

Is Pinglo TCPA compliant?
Yes. Pinglo includes built-in TCPA compliance tools: automatic opt-out handling (STOP/HELP keywords), subscription status tracking, consent management, and suppression lists to ensure you stay compliant.
How do opt-outs work?
When a contact replies STOP, they are automatically unsubscribed and added to the suppression list. You cannot send messages to opted-out contacts. Contacts can re-subscribe by texting START.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption, row-level security for multi-tenant isolation, and all data is stored on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Your data is never shared with third parties.

Team & Account

Can I invite team members?
Yes! Depending on your plan, you can invite team members with different roles (Admin, Member, Read-only). Team members can collaborate on campaigns, manage contacts, and view analytics.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

How quickly will I hear back from support?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-4 business hours during weekdays. Enterprise customers receive priority support with faster response times.
Do you offer phone support?
Phone support is available for Professional and Enterprise plan customers. All customers have access to email support and our help documentation.
Can I schedule a demo?
