How does SMS pricing work?
Your plan covers the software. Texts are paid with credits at $0.01 per SMS segment, bought as you need them so you never pay for texts you don't send. You can send unlimited messages per day as long as you have credits available. Credits never expire and roll over month to month. You also get 100 free credits when your number is set up, plus a one-time bonus of 250 (Starter) or 1,000 (Professional) credits when you first subscribe.
How long until my number can send?
Carriers require every business number to be verified (10DLC or toll-free verification) before it can send. We prepare the submission for you, and approval typically takes about 5 business days. You can import contacts and build campaigns while you wait.
What counts as a segment?
A standard SMS segment is up to 160 characters. Longer messages, or messages with emoji and some special characters, are split into multiple segments and each segment is billed separately. The campaign composer shows the segment count before you send.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the new plan applies as soon as the payment goes through. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties or hidden fees.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional SMS credits from your dashboard at any time. Credits are only $0.01 per message segment.
Is there a setup fee or contract?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe integration. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to the features on your plan.
Can I send MMS (picture messages)?
Yes. MMS messaging is available on all plans. MMS credits are $0.05 per message and support images, GIFs, and videos up to 500KB.
